Who are we looking for?
We require self-motivated individuals who are passionate about creating a positive impact in the society. The intern must be comfortable in working in harsh realities and dealing with ambiguity: An ideal candidate would be someone who has:
KNOWLEDGE: Basic knowledge of Teaching.
DEMOCRATIC BEHAVIOUR: Behaviour of an individual in a group, while dealing with different views, interests and situations.
CRITICAL THINKING: Ability to understand and analyse any issue.
COMMUNICATION SKILLS:Ability to articulate a message with clarity and coherence.
RESEARCH SKILLS: Ability to effectively use facts and information to come to
conclusions.
